Artek’s Research and Development (R&D) division continuously drives product innovation and technological advancement to ensure customer satisfaction while prioritizing safety and environmental sustainability. R&D is a core part of our business activities, focusing on developing next-generation technologies as well as customising solutions to suit our customers’ specific needs.
A dedicated 8,000 sq. ft facility houses our R&D laboratories and pilot plants for research activities, where numerous in-house innovations occur regularly. Our R&D Center is equipped with modern and advanced testing facilities, including Ion Chromatograph, Micro Hardness Tester, X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF), UV-Visible Spectrometer, High-Performance Liquid Chromatograph (HPLC), Step Tester, Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer (AAS), Gas Chromatography system, Modified Microscopes, Inductively Coupled Plasma (ICP), Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR), Brookfield Viscometer, Bomb Calorimeter, Moisture Analyzer, Refractometer, Flash Point Apparatus, among others.

Beyond new product and process development, the R&D team maintains a close feedback loop with our on-field technical support experts and customers to refine and enhance products and processes—ensuring continuous improvement and improvisation.
