Degreaser

ALUMAX CLEAN ALT 1
  • Non silicate, mild alkaline soak cleaner used for either Non etch or mild etch cleaning
  • Excellent cleaning power almost no loss of material and brightness from base metal
ALUMAX ACID CLEAN MAM
  • An acid concentrate specially designed for immersion or Spray cleaning of aluminium or its alloy
  • Avoids smut as the results of the alkaline cleaning

Matt/Satin

ALUMAX SATIN 06
  • A unique alkaline product which produces an ultra fine etch on aluminium to a satin bright finish.
  • Serves as a low cost substitutes for chemical polishing
ALUMAX ETCH 7 CM
  • Used for milky white finish on aluminium
  • Very fine grained etch

Etching

SURFOLIN NC SERIES
  • A liquid alkaline additive for Aluminium etchant
  • Prevents formation of scales on tank surfaces and heating elements
SURFOLIN ETCH FUME SUPRESSANT
  • Used to suppress fuming in alkaline pickling baths

Chromating

ALPHOS CRL
  • Chrome free clear coating

  • An acidic liquid product used for yellow chromating process over aluminium and its alloys

ALCHROME TRI 430E
  • Trivalent chromium passivation for alumiumn
  • suitable as a pretreatment for powder coating

Anodizing Additives

ALUMAX FUMONIL
  • Prevents spurting of the anodizing bath over contacts and cathodes thereby eliminating their corrosion.
ALUMAX ANO ADDITIVE LP
  • An energy-efficient additive for conventional sulphuric acid anodizing baths.
  • It allows operation at higher temperatures and lower current density.
  • Helps to achieve nearly uniform film thickness

Electro Colouring

ALUMAX EC 400
  • Designed for electrolytic colouring on anodized Aluminium articles
  • Gives perfect and even dispersion in depth to colour the article
ALUMAX EC STABILISER
  • An acidic concentrate to suppress oxidation of stannous to stannic in Electrocolouring baths

Dyes
