Alkaline Soak Cleaners

SURFOLIN SERIES
  • High efficiency cleaner suitable for ferrous and non-ferrous metals
  • The cleaner has long service life with excellent cleaning performance
  • Removes grease, soil, and weak scale layers

Alkaline Electrolytic Cleaners

SURFOLIN EL SERIES
  • Heavy duty chelated alkaline ANODIC cleaner for ferrous metals. Can be used as a cathodic cleaner for activating passive nickel.
SURFOLIN BC PROCESS
  • Good cathodic cleaner for copper and brass. Can also be effectively used as an anodic cleaner for copper and brass

Electrolytic Alkaline Derusting

SURFOLIN NC SERIES
  • An electrolytic scale and rust remover
  • Very good substitute for anodic etches
  • Very good cleaner prior to electroless nickel on steel
  • Non-cyanide cleaner

  • Heavy duty chelated alkaline cleaner for ferrous metals

Acid Pickling & Brightening

ACITEK DRY ACID SALT
  • A dry acid salt used for making acid dips for removal of silicate and oxide films ON ferrous and non ferrous metals to get better adhesion of subsequent electrodeposits.
  • Replaces hazardous Hydrofluoric acid.
  • Added to the acid dip forremoval of silicate film.
  • Also used as an additive to pickling baths for removal of smut from aluminium alloys, stainless Steel and titanium.
ACID INHIBITOR SERIES
  • An excellent inhibitor specially developed for Hydrochloric acid, Sulphuric acid pickling bath to reduce the base metal attackĀ during pickling.
FUME REDUCER
  • Suppresses fumes during pickling.
  • Aids in uniform pickling action.
  • Emulsifies the oil carryover from carryover from alkaline soak cleaner.
KEMBRITE BC 20
  • Brightening dip for brass and copper components.
  • Brighten the component to produce a glossy finish.
  • A dip in 5% Sulphuric acid is used after BC 20 to get finish.
